GRADUATION INFORMATION
Date: June 4th, 2026
Morning Session | 12:00PM – 2:00PM

Afternoon Session | 3:00PM – 5:00PM

GRADUATION TIPS
- Parents, please be mindful: if you are bringing young children, this is a 2-hour seated event. Please plan accordingly.
- Ample parking is available in front of the Dallas High School. You may park in any available parking spot for the event
- Cupcakes and juice will be provided as refreshments after the ceremony
- Flower pick-up will take place outside following the ceremony. In the event of inclement weather, this may be moved indoors
- Teachers will be available to take photos with graduates during the reception following the ceremony
GRADUATION ATTIRE
Please dress your child in formal attire for the program. A graduation cap and gown will be provided on the day of the ceremony
We kindly ask all guests to dress appropriately for this special child-focused event.
IMPORTANT TIMES
Pre-K students must arrive promptly at the start of their graduation session.
Doors open
12PM for the Morning session
3PM for the Afternoon session
The ceremony will start 30 minutes after the doors open.
Please do not arrive earlier than your designated session time. Guests who arrive early are welcome to wait in their vehicles, as standing space outside is limited.
GRADUATION ETIQUETTE
To help create a memorable and enjoyable experience for all families and graduates, we kindly ask guests to observe the following etiquette guidelines:
- Please remain seated during the ceremony whenever possible
- Do not crowd or approach the stage during student presentations
- Balloons, signs, and other tall celebratory items must be stored in the back of the auditorium so all guests may enjoy a clear view
- Be mindful and courteous to fellow guests throughout the ceremony
- No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the auditorium
- Please follow all posted signage and staff directions upon arrival
- We ask that guests listen carefully to the Master of Ceremonies (MC) throughout the event
- Most importantly, please help us maintain a respectful, professional, and celebratory environment for all graduates and families
